This 6 star hotel and resort is located on a 12.7 hectare site at the South East edge of Bali Island in the Sawangan area, to the South of the Nusa Dua area. The development will be completed with luxurious finishes and traditional Balinese architecture and lush tropical landscape. The site is unique and is split by a 45 metre high Cliff. The Arrival Lobby, meeting rooms, Specialty restaurants, and 23 Resort Villas will be located at the upper cliff area. 16, 2 storey villas will be located on 45° degree cliffside. The lower cliff area will be developed into 30 lagoon villas, 8 hotel blocks of 188 rooms and 16 penthouses, main swimming pools, wedding chapel and pavilion, spa, retail village, and Ocean side restaurant. The hotel and resort will be operated by the Jumeirah Group.
